Pam Cook, July Service ChampionPam Cook truly impressed her nominator, Patrice Koehner who was faced with navigating the newly implemented Time and Labor Management system during Amy McKenzie’s vacation. She was told that Pam would be able to help in Amy’s absence. Patrice says, "I was frustrated with many of the problems we were seeing for the first time and she was so helpful! I thought for sure no one would get paid, but she helped me work through the problems, find solutions and fix things. She was definitely a rock during the whole ordeal – and I did consider it an ordeal. Pam really went above and beyond in accepting the responsibility for helping people through that first week." "I have told Paul and Amy that Pam’s professionalism and competence were exemplary and I hope they appreciate her. She was friendly and comforting, eager and able to help." |
