Staff Advisory Council

Staff Advisory Council Goals

In an effort to establish goals that would reflect the interests of the MU staff, the council developed and distributed a Staff Benefits Survey. The findings of this survey were used to determine the SAC goals.

The following items were selected as the Council goals for 2008.

1. Promote staff concerns over salaries and raises
2. Pursue an 85-and-out retirement alternative
3. Promote the contributions of MU staff to the community and the MU institution at large.
4. Continue to pursue electronic access for all staff
5. Encourage career enhancement and job training opportunities
6. Address job security issues
