MU Service Champion Award

MU staff are exceptional. They form the backbone of the University and embody the University's core values: Respect; Responsibility; Discovery; Excellence.

There are those employees, though, who go above and beyond, who perform their duties day after day with an exceptional work ethic and attitude that makes them stand out.  These staff are MU Service Champions.

Do you know a staff member who is deserving of recognition for their exemplary performance? Nominate that person for the MU Service Champion Award.

Service Champion Nomination Form (opens a Word document)

Simply fill out the short nomination form and send it to the Council office. Nominations are due the 15th of each month (or the Monday following if the 15th is on a weekend).

Each month one outstanding staff member will be selected for this honor. MU Service Champions receive a $25.00 gift certificate from the University Bookstore, a one month membership to the Rec Center, a certificate for two meals at Campus Dining and a plaque. Service Champions and their nominators are also invited to attend a Staff Advisory Recognition luncheon in August.
